It's Sunday. My first blog post. I've had a blog before although I have no idea what happened to it. Nor did I even remember my URL address. That just proves my short term memory. I forgot how much I loved to write. Just pointless things about my life, random people reading. It's my way of venting, writing my own personal diary. Yet leaving it open to the world for people to explore. To see my view on things, see my reactions, and know that people out there aren't alone. I've gone through life thinking no one else understood what I go through. But with age comes wisdom. I've learned a lot, seen a lot, experienced more than some people would imagine, and much less than others must go through. If I've learned anything in life it's that we shouldn't take it for granted.
"Take life for granted." I mean we all do it. Go around and spend money on pointless things. Complain that we don't have the "in" thing. Why do we do it? There are people around the world starving, dying, and crying. We say life isn't fair when we don't get our way! Let me tell you something, for people like US life is fair. We have a roof over our heads, food on the table, friends and family who love us, and lives to live. Not everyone has these things. Have you ever of those people without roof's over their heads, without food on their tables, without friends and family to help them get through rough times. I think everyone just needs a reality check. Realize what we have, and live life to the fullest. Make sure we tell our families how much we love and care for them. How grateful we are to have them in our lives, doing all they have done for us.
Family events. Probably my favourite thing to do in my spare time. Seeing my family, even my friends makes me so much happier. I had the pleasure of going to my cousins wedding yesterday. Seeing family I haven't seen in ages. Spending time with people I love the most. Watching my cousin with complete happiness in her life, a wonderful husband, and two amazing twin sons. Life doesn't get any better than that. Watching the happiness on their faces was probably the most satisfying thing of life. I'm looking forward to that day of my life, eternal happiness, joy and bliss. A girl couldn't ask for anything better...
I could go on and on about the things I love most in life but I don't think there would be enough time, or battery on my laptop to type it up! I think that my point for today is live life to the fullest. Live, laugh and love. Don't let people get to you. Just move on. Life isn't worth being sad all the time. It's time for happiness, all the time. Smiles and laughter filling the air. It's the most rewarding thing in life.
Anyways, its about 12:30 and I have a huge exam tomorrow. I guess I should be heading off to bed. Goodnight wonderful people all over the world,
KN.
